Monday and Tuesday	8.00am - 8.00pm
Wednesday to Friday	8.00 - 6.30pm

The surgery is closed at weekends and Public Holidays.

We have a diverse and dedicated team of professionals aiming to provide all our patients with frst class professonal care and support. Our philosophy has always been to put the patient first and we will endeavour to provide you with an efficient, friendly and high quality service.

We are situated in the heart of Chislehurst opposite the library which offers ample parking facilities.

We have facilities for the disabled and also a baby changing area.

We pracitce as a non-limited partnership under a Personal Medical Services Contract.

We promise to listen and act on all your medical needs as efficiently as possible and, if you have any ideas to help us or we can assist you further, please feel free to drop a suggeston into our suggestion box, or contact our Practice Manager, Samantha Hodge who will be happy to help you.

If you wish to register with our practice, please speak to our friendly receptionist who will advise whether your address is in our practice area. We register patients without discrimination.

We hope our booklet will help you familiarise yourself with some of the services we offer and help you make the best use of them.

Practice News and Notices

New!  From April 2011 our surgery and phonelines will be open for longer hours and during lunch hours to improve access for our patients.

The NEW Opening Hours are:           Monday & Tuesday  8am - 8pm        Wednesday, Thursday & Friday    8am - 6.30pm

New!  Due to popular requests from our patients, so also from April 2011 our Extended Hours Service will mean our surgery will be open till 8pm on Monday and Tuesday night, offering more  late evenings appointments,  making it more convenient for our commuter/working patients to get a doctor or nurse appointment.   Appointments during these Extended Hours will be bookable in advance.

In case you don’t already know, our practice manager is Samantha Hodge.   She is available for you to contact if you have any queries or suggestions to make about the practice.

Congratulations to Rachel who has passed her finals in February ’09 gaining 1^st class Honours Degree BSc Nurse Practitioner. She is now a qualified and practising Nurse Practitioner and is working alongside the team of Woodlands doctors. Thanks to many of you who have helped Rachel during her training to be a Nurse Practitioner.       

We are also very fortunate to have a new practice nurse, Kelly, who has joined us, along with Dianne our other well experienced and qualified practice nurse.   

Want to make online booking?   Do you know you can make or cancel your appointment online?  You can also request repeat medications online. All these are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. NO MORE WAITING ON THE PHONE! To use this service you will firstly need to register for EMIS ACCESS to get your personal login details and password. Please enquire with our friendly Receptionist.
