We endeavour to keep to appointment times but on occasions the doctor or nurse may run late, due to unforeseen circumstances. Your patience and understanding would be appreciated.

You may make an appointment up to four weeks in advance though limited same-day slots will also be available. You may be offered one of these if your case is considered urgent.
You can make an appointment by telephone, online via Emis Access (see gateway below) or simply popping in to reception.
Afternoon and Evening Surgeries

Please ring 020 8468 7779 for an appointment or make an appointment at the reception desk. Alternatively please register for EMIS ACCESS. Only one person per appointment please.
If you need to see a doctor urgently please telephone the surgery, you may be asked for information relating to the urgency. The duty doctor will be informed and will advise, treat or see you as appropriate.
Drs Elizabeth Brander, Nicola Pascall, Beverley Choong, Naziah Qureshi, Teresa Wilson and Victoria Baker work part time - please ask the receptionist for days they are available. Locum doctors work to cover holidays, study leave and maternity leave.
Social Prescriber Link Workers

Your social prescribing link worker can talk to you about a problem you have or a change you would like to make. If you’re feeling stressed by work, money, housing or loneliness, or if you’d like to make some lifestyle changes to help you manage a health condition, ask your GP or a member of the practice team to refer you for social prescribing. Your link worker will give advice, information and encouragement and connect you with suitable local services to support you.
Interpreter / sign language interpreter
Should you require assistance during an appointment at the practice we can arrange language and sign language interpreters. We require a min of 48 hours notice in advance of your appointment.
This includes: Lip Speakers, Deaf Blind Interpreters, Electronic Note takers, Manual note takers – Speech to text reporters and multiple language interpreters.

If you need to be examined (especially for an intimate examination) you may, if you wish: Ask a relative or friend to be with you or you can request for a same sex member of staff (if available) to be with you. Ask your doctor or nurse for a chaperone.
Tips! Here are some ways to use the surgery's system to help you.
If you need urgent medical attention and need to be seen the same day, we recommend that you phone us as early as possible (preferably before 10.00am)
For non-urgent matters you may want to make use of our advance booking system to make an appointment for any surgery with any doctor or the doctor of your choice.
For your convenience there are late evening appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays available. Please book in advance.
Our nurses are very experienced and may be able to help you in many cases. You can see them by appointment. They run morning, afternoon and late evening clinics Monday to Friday.
Additional evening and weekend appointments
We also have access to additional GP appointments at our hub sites, for evening and weekends where if appropriate you can be seen by a Bromley based GP at one of the following sites:

EMIS Access - Online Service
Patients are able to make and cancel appointments, request repeat medication and view their medical record directly online through our EMIS Access system.
To use this service you need to register with the practice to create your own secure login. Please read our terms and conditions on the Patient Online Access page.
Text Reminder Service
We offer our patients an appointment reminder service. Please make sure we have your correct mobile number and we will text you to remind you of your appointment with us. Please let us know as early as possible if you no longer require your appointment as this will enable us to offer it to another patient.
